What Conference Volunteers Do

Volunteers support key areas of the event, including:
● Welcome & Registration — Greeting attendees and helping with check-in
● Hospitality & Attendee Assistance — Offering warmth, directions, and support
throughout the day
● Room & Session Support — Assisting facilitators, managing seating, and ensuring
smooth flow
● Logistics & Behind-the-Scenes Coordination — Helping with setup, materials,
and smooth operations
Each role is thoughtfully designed, fully supported and matched with your gifts and availability.
You will receive clear guidance on:
● Exactly what you'll be doing
● When and how long your shifts are (most 1.5–4 hours; options include morning,
afternoon, evening, and late evening)
● Where you'll be stationed
